Information you choose to provide
Tools run in your browser. A temporary record may be placed in session storage when you choose to carry it to an inquiry; you can review and remove that record. It is not an account-backed saved project. Export anything you want to keep before leaving or clearing browser storage.
Inquiries and recipients
If you submit a request, this site processes your email and any optional contact, project and tool-context information you include, then attempts to send it to the Ipe Woods CRM through a server-side connection. We do not place your personal details or private tool record into cross-site referral URLs. Do not submit payment information, confidential documents or unnecessary sensitive details.
Operational records and retention
The site keeps a submission identifier, a one-way request fingerprint, processing status and time to reduce duplicate submissions. It does not save a copy of the full inquiry payload in its local database. These receipt records are eligible for deletion after 30 days; cleanup runs when later submissions are processed. Rate-control identifiers expire after approximately two hours. Hosting infrastructure may process network and security logs under its own service terms. Requests delivered to the CRM follow Ipe Woods’ customer-record procedures; this website does not claim that deleting a local record deletes the CRM copy.
Hosting and administration
The website uses Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare runtime services. Protected administration uses platform sign-in and an explicit administrator authorization check. Public tools do not require an account. No third-party advertising or cross-site analytics package is installed by this build.
Your choices
Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, subject to applicable obligations and verification. SMS consent is optional and separate from a phone number. Declining SMS does not prevent an inquiry. Security controls reduce risk but do not make an internet service risk-free.
