Read each offer without the cost bars
The quote comparison lists delivered total, usable-area cost, purchase quantity, material amount and usable coverage in text for each completed offer. The bars compare totals only. The difference between totals is also written out. No automatic winner is selected: grade, milling, lengths, billing dimensions and included services still need comparison.
Use labeled controls
The “Skip to content” link passes the navigation. Tab moves through fields, links and buttons; Enter or Space activates buttons. Each offer has its own heading and repeated field labels. Price-unit and quantity-unit selectors use standard browser controls. Changing the billing unit reveals the dimensions required for that unit. Keep the offer heading in view when moving between repeated labels.
Blank rates and fictional examples
Quoted rates begin blank because this website does not supply live market prices. “Load fictional example” fills two hypothetical offers to demonstrate the arithmetic; “Clear fictional example” resets them. That toggle replaces the current comparison, so export any completed work first. Blank or invalid required numbers leave the offer incomplete. Enter zero deliberately for a known zero charge, rather than using zero for an unknown cost.
Work with an incomplete request
The pricing-request builder lists missing details as text. A draft can retain those unresolved fields, but an invalid quantity must be corrected or cleared before export. A request does not establish product availability or place an order. Missing timing, profile or species information remains a question for the supplier.
Save and review your work
“Export record” downloads a JSON text file containing your working assumptions and results. Inputs are temporary and are not saved to an account. “Use in pricing request” carries the record to the inquiry page; it does not send the request. Review “Record included with this request” and use “Remove attached record” if needed. “Save inquiry draft” downloads a local copy, including any contact details you entered. Actual submission is a separate action.
Reading size and access barriers
Use browser zoom to enlarge text. Calculation results are available as text, and guide review questions use labeled checkboxes. We have not completed testing across every browser, zoom level or assistive technology. Email help@ipewoods.com or call (888) 430-7274 if you cannot read or operate a page. Include its address and the task you could not complete. Tell us whether a plain-text explanation or another format would help; please omit confidential quotations, payment details and passwords. We do not promise a fixed response time or audited certification.
