Scope of the service
Hardwood Prices provides informational guides, planning tools and a way to request assistance. It does not provide professional engineering, architectural, tax, legal or safety approval. You remain responsible for checking inputs and obtaining the approvals and product documents appropriate to the work.
Calculations and records
Outputs depend on your assumptions and the limits stated with the tool. Rounding, dimensions, coverage, yield, pricing basis and exclusions can materially change an outcome. Do not use a calculator output as an order quantity, construction instruction or supplier commitment without independent review.
Commercial requests
An inquiry, sample request, availability check or pricing request is not an order, binding quotation, reservation or acceptance of a supply contract. Pricing, inventory, lead time, specification and sale terms must be established separately with the supplier. No tool result guarantees that material is suitable or available.
Content and visual material
Some images, renders, diagrams and hypothetical examples are created or assisted by artificial intelligence. They communicate a concept or workflow and must not be treated as records of a real customer project, inspected specimen, test result or verified assembly. You may use your own exported working records for project evaluation; rights in third-party documents remain with their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, interfere with the service, misrepresent another person or send information you lack authority to disclose. Do not remove explanatory limitations from an output in a way that misrepresents what it establishes.
Availability, limitations and mandatory rights
The service may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular project. The operator does not assume responsibility for losses caused by reliance on unverified inputs or using informational output as professional approval. Nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Venue
For disputes arising from these Terms or use of this website, the agreed venue is the state courts located in Utah or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of Utah. This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; it does not displace non-waivable consumer venue rights or create jurisdiction a court does not otherwise possess. No arbitration agreement is created. Separate signed commercial agreements may govern disputes concerning an actual sale.

The effective date identifies this edition. Material commercial terms for an actual purchase are supplied separately. Contact the operator if a provision or output needs clarification before you rely on it.
